Damaged Goods & Cancellation

If any bottle is broken or spoilt upon delivery, we'll replace it – it’s as simple as that. You may cancel your order for any reason up to and including 14 working days from the date of delivery of your order, provided all the bottles are unopened and intact and returned to us. We will refund the full price of the order including delivery within 30 days from the date of cancellation. Claims for non-delivery must be made within one month of your order date. Complaints are taken very seriously and we will endeavour to respond as soon as possible. If you have any questions regarding orders and general enquiries, please do contact us and let us know.

We are a nation of convenience lovers and no-one likes to be kept waiting. As soon as your order is placed with us, your wine is hand-picked, hand-packed and collected by our courier before making its journey directly to your front door. Delivery is free on all orders of 12 bottles or more, for orders with less than 12 bottles, delivery is charged at £7.15 to all mainland UK addresses. Though we generally recommend allowing 3-5 working days - we do everything we can to ensure your wine is delivered within 48 hours and we won’t even charge you extra. For full delivery terms please click here.

Wine is an agricultural product and though stock outs are rare we may occasionally have to substitute wines for a later vintage or an alternative of equal or greater value. If you are unhappy with any substitutions you receive we will arrange collection at our cost. We will always advise you that your chosen item is out of stock first.
