Delivery & Returns

Delivering Directly To Your Front Doo


Overview:

  • Delivery is FREE on all orders of 12 bottles or more. For less than 12 bottles, delivery is charged at £7.50 due to the fragile and heavy nature of the product.

  • If you place an order before 3pm Monday-Thursday, we aim to have your products with you in 48 hours. Where possible, delivery is usually the next working day - meaning you'll often have your wine within 24 hours of placing your order. Though we do recommend allowing 3 working days, if you have a special occasion that you need them for. 

  • If your order is placed over the weekend, we will send it out first thing Monday. 

  • Unfortunately our resources do not currently allow for weekend deliveries, though you can help us make this available by spreading the word about us.

  • Delivery is only available for mainland UK addresses, we regret that at this time we cannot deliver overseas to any international address. We are also currently unable to fulfil orders to the channel islands.

How many people are ahead of me?

We appreciate you don't want to be kept waiting for your delicious products to be delivered and we always aim to get products out as quickly as possible. If you place an order before 3pm Mon-Thurs there is a good chance you'll have your delivery by the next day and unlike many others - we won't charge you extra!

However, though this is our aim, we generally recommend allowing 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. (We must consider the possibility of having too many orders to fulfill in a day, shortage of resources, courier issues, natural disasters and such forth.)

If you want to find out the status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us on 01603 872474 and we will let you know where you are in the queue. We can also track your order for you & let you know how close your parcel is.

How much will you charge me?

UK delivery is free for orders of 12 bottles/2 cases and more. For any orders of 11 bottles and under, delivery is charged at just £7.15 - which we're sure you will find is lower than most online wine retailers.

Can I have my wine delivered to an alternative address?

Yes, of course! Just let us know at the checkout if your delivery address is different to your billing address. This option is perfect for birthday presents, thank you wines or gifts for any occasion. Let us know if you are sending a present and we can send you the invoice separately and include a personalised message for that special person. If you would like us to leave your products in a safe place, that is absolutely fine but please know you do so at your own risk. Sadly we cannot accept responsibility for parcels once they have left our couriers possession.

What if my wine hasn't arrived?

If in the unusual event your products are not with you after 7 working days of you placing the order then please contact us immediately. All non-deliveries must be reported within 14 working days of your order date so we can investigate your claim.

What happens if I'm out when you try and deliver?

When you place your order please add any notes into the comment box regarding your delivery, this is the easiest way to ensure you get your wine as quickly as possible. If you think there is a good chance you'll be out when we try and deliver then please let us know what you'd like us to do. Whether that be nominating a neighbour (one who won't drink your wine) or giving an alternative address for delivery (we can deliver to your office but your colleagues may get jealous).

If you don't designate a safe place or an alternative address then the courier will leave a card and attempt to deliver your products the next day.

Where do you deliver to?

We want everyone to enjoy our wines and currently deliver to all mainland UK addresses. We are unable to deliver to the channel islands. Please telephone us on 01603 872474 if you have any particular requirements or questions.

What happens if I want to return my products?

If for some reason you want to return your products then please call us on 01603 872474 as soon as possible. You may cancel your order for any reason up to and including 14 working days from the date you received your products, providing all bottles are unopened and intact. You may be able to change your order if it has not been dispatched by telephoning 01603 872474. If any bottle is delivered broken or spoilt, we will replace it for free - it's as simple as that. We will pay for damaged or faulty goods to be collected from you. Customers will incur postal costs for returned products for all other reasons unless otherwise agreed with Broadland Wineries Ltd. Each return will be dealt with individually. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 14 working days of your order date. Complaints are taken very seriously and we always endeavour to respond as soon as possible. 

Bank Holidays:
Orders placed after 13:00 on the Thursday prior to bank holidays will not be dispatched until the Tuesday following the bank holiday. As always, orders of 12 bottles or more are delivered to your front door for free.
